Have used them for well over 30 years at my home and condo. Extremely reliable. Their technicians are always personable and knowledgeable. Office staff is also kind and pleasant. Would highly recommend. Price paid is for annual service contract which includes a visit in Spring for HVAC and one in fall for furnace.

The office staff is always courteous and makes scheduling appointments painless. The technicians are always courteous, prompt, professional, and thorough. They always explain what they did, how the system is performing, and offer to answer any questions. The email documentation with photos of everything checked and completed is reassuring. We have been customers for decades and the Jonle team has never given us a reason to consider anyone else. The semi-annual planned maintenance package is very cost effective.

Mark was very helpful in checking the system’s functionality while explaining the life of parts and what to look out for. The maintenance checks are always helpful in extending life of the system.
They showed up on time and went about his business as scheduled, after checking out the unit inside he went out and did a thorough job on the unit outside. After he was done he came inside went over everything he did with me and said it all was good and left. Will has a great attitude and definitely a plus for JonLe
Needed to have my air conditioner tuned up. Very easy to get an appointment. Technician was great, signed up for Silver Plan. Overall excellent experience.

They installed my furnace and AC. I have a service contract with them for years. I get semi annual checkups for no additional cost. I have had a problem with my equipment only once. There were no labor costs. There was a discount on the parts required. I am a happy customer for over 15 years. Every service person has been polite and very capable.

I have a $240 yearly plan and Jonle comes twice a year. Any other issues I’ve had they have responded quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Jonle.

Chad does a great job. He's very thorough and explains everything well. We recently moved and Chad worked on the system at our previous residence. Thus, it was comforting to have him again at our new home. We've always had the HVAC annual maintenance contract. It's a great value and JonLe calls us to schedule. So we don't have to remember. Got appt quickly and easily online. Technician was actually EARLY after calling to ask if it was ok. He was friendly and efficient. Showed me exactly what the problem was…even showed me the part he was replacing and explaining why!

Had JonLe out for a furnace service and started a maintenance plan with them. Very professional and informative and focused on just what I needed and did not try to upsell.
I was unable to get my furnace to come on over the weekend. I called Jonle Monday morning and they came out that afternoon. Todd my technician explained to me in depth what the issue was and had the part needed. He had my furnace back up & running in less than an hour!! I was very happy and impressed with the service I received. From the initial estimate to the final installation everything went exactly as planned. The two technicians were very professional and respected my property. They explain the installation in detail and the operation of my new furnace, AC unit and thermostat. And they kept the utility room probably cleaner than it was before they got here.. I would highly recommend JonLe heating and cooling.
