Reliable Furnace Maintenance in Cincinnati

We have used JonLe for a very long time, over 20 years. Everyone has been friendly and very helpful. Will Ross was our technician this time. He was punctual and notified us that he was on his way. He answered our questions and did a great job with our A/C maintenance service. Thank you, Will!

Mr. Sheppard did a FANTASTIC job. He took his time, was happy, friendly and respectful he explained what he was doing, explained our humidifier, air cleaner and thermostat (we just moved into a new home and no papers were left.) We would like to have him our system in the spring.

Matt Sunnenberg did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem with our AC. He knew what the issue was before opening the compartment to show me the AC coil unit. 19 years old and the rust and decay of the unit was amassing to see. Matt explained all of our options and the cost involved. His advice to replace all of the AC components made the most sense and we felt most confident in his recommendation. Because of the delay in getting the new AC unit ordered and installed, Matt did us a big favor by adding enough Freon to our existing unit in order to keep the house cool temporarily. We have been dealing with this company for 30 years. They are top notch and all their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. We subscribe to their maintenance contracts and as a result we have never had a breakdown. They don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need.

I received prompt communication the next morning about the tech’s arrival window, additional text reminders, and even a call the following morning asking if we’d like to move up our timeframe due to a cancellation. Our service tech Chad was kind, professional, got the job done quickly and spent time answering my questions & talking me through everything. I felt very confident in the work he did and information he provided. Their pricing was competitive and significantly better than one of “bigger” names out there (a company we will never be using again now that we’ve found Jonle). It was more in line with other fairly priced companies. Everything was excellent from start to finish and we will use them again in the future and also recommend to others!

No complaints over the four or five years Jonle has kept our heating and AC working smoothly. Furnace broke down in the freezing weather and they were out the same day, replacing it faster than seemed possible.

Todd was very professional and curtious when doing the semi annual maintenance on our HVAC system. He described in brief detail what he was doing. Glad to have him back next time.

The technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty component within 24 hours.

We had our semi annual maintenance performed today on our HVAC system by JonLe Heating and Cooling. We requested technician Jason to perform the service because we have had him before (quite a few times) and we have been very pleased with his performance as well as his knowledge of HVAC systems. We have a yearly Energy Savings Plan with JonLe Heating and Cooling.

Jonle was once again very responsive and went above and beyond and addressing the problems we were having. In today’s world many of us are disappointed by service providers but that is not the case with Jonle. I would highly recommend them for all of your heating and AC needs

We had our air conditioner serviced this time. The technician was very knowledgeable on what to do. He also found a problem on our new furnace and fixed it. We have had Jonle forever and have been please with their work. We have a service contract with Jonle.
