He completed his worked and walked us through everything he had done and the condition of our HVAC system. I have great confidence in JonLe and am always comforted by the skill their team displays.

Today I had my semi-annual pre-cooling season system checkup. I received both a text and phone call when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time. Chad is professional and very personable. He updated me on what he did and made sure I understood. His work was thorough and gives me peace of mind that my heat pump and furnace are in good working order for the upcoming summer. He replaced my furnace filter (as its life had almost expired) and reset my filter maintenance minder. I am a very happy customer of West Chester Heating & Cooling.

They showed up on time and went about his business as scheduled, after checking out the unit inside he went out and did a thorough job on the unit outside.
