Jason Goad was an incredibly help to us. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Our air went out Sunday and he was here Monday morning. So we didn’t suffer long! I can’t recommend him and Jonle enough. 5 stars!
I was very pleased with the how quickly a technician arrived. Steve was very friendly, diagnosed the problem, and explained the issue. He was able to put on a new part and was good at explaining in laymen terms what went wrong . I was very thankful for the quick and we efficient service and intend to make another appointment for maintenance.
Technician was prompt, wore shoe protection, and performed the checkup quickly. Not much of a conversationalist however.

My technician today, Will, performed an exceptional job, checking my HVAC unit at my home. He was professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. He checked all the systems inside and outside, cleaned everything, made a recommendation for a future upgrade and double checked the thermostat before he left. Will wore booties all the time to keep my home clean.
Cory saved the day!! My AC wasn’t cooling and my house was up to 86 degrees. I booked an appointment online (the best thing ever!) in the middle of the night and they were out the next afternoon. Communication on the tech’s arrival was great, I got a call and text when he was on his way. Cory was friendly and explained what our issue was and took care of it quickly! He also explained their maintenance/value plans to keep my system in great shape. So grateful for the quick and professional response. Thank you Jonle team 😊
Jonle Heating & cooling, has been coming to my house for quite awhile. The person that does the work is Chad, & he throughly looks at & tests everything on the furnace unit & the condensing unit outside every 6 mos. So glad my father had them before me.
JonLe/Tri-County Heating & Cooling installed our HVAC systems when we built our house 27 years ago. They have serviced our units ever since. And though we replaced both A/C compressors a few years ago, both furnaces are still doing just fine. These guys have outstanding customer service. Every technician who has ever been to our house has been on-time, friendly, and professional. I cannot imagine having better service. They are the best. Thank you!

Edit: They contacted me a couple days later (and a couple days after the initial review) and did ultimately honor their original quote, so have updated to 4 stars. Dino is a great tech to work with. Original review: Tech was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. Also used shoe covers indoors, which was appreciated. Low rating is because I was told over the phone (I believe by Barbara, though I was told this by 2 different people by phone and I didn't write down the names) that the price I was quoted was for both A/C and furnace maintenance together in one trip. I was instead told when the tech arrived that price was only for A/C and it would be double that price for both. Miscommunications can happen, though twice on the same day made this feel like a bait-and-switch. Had I known, I would have gone with the other company I got a quote from that offered to do both for a little more than I was just charged for one (since I didn't want to deal with scheduling another appointment). Personally I won't use them for any additional services or recommend them to friends at minimum unless a written estimate is given.

We called JonLe heating and cooling in the morning with air conditioning issues. Steve arrived by 1:30 for service. Our unit was fixed within an hour at a very fair price.

I have used Jonle heating & cooling for many years. The installed my new furnace and performs maintenance twice a year. They are reliable, curtious and always do a great job. I can rest easy knowing my furnace is in great condition.

The Jonle guys just completed the 2x / year service and were great to work with. From putting booties on before they entered the house, to their quick, efficient and effective work, to their knowledge- all was great. I recommend them all the time!
Highly recommend JonLe Heating & Cooling! Our AC froze up a few weeks back. The "other guys" who didn't catch our AC leak during the spring tune-up appointment came out quoting crazy high costs to recharge, crazy high repair estimates, and provided us 4 new AC unit options with little information or context. Then the pressure tactics started the next day: only one unit left in stock, one appointment tomorrow and next available a week out, etc. After a reasonably priced recharge from a friend of a friend, I was able to extend the life of the AC in order to shop around. JonLe Heating & Cooling provided a free second opinion. Frank came out for a visit, assessed the current state, and worked with us to understand our AC concerns in order to quote the correct system for needs. We did not have to debate whether a seer X rated system was worth hundreds or thousands more than a seer Y rated system. Frank recommended and quoted a single system to us, and walked us through the specs and features and throroughly explained the pros/cons and why this system fit our needs. At that point, I was happy to leave the "choose your own adventure" pricing of the other guys behind. Admittedly, I was bracing myself for sticker shock, but feeling confident about spending money on the right system for us. I was pleasantly surprised that the system was not only better spec'd than the other guys "top tier" option, but was also THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper. Win-win! Install went smoothly. Techs were super friendly. Frank even stopped by to check in on the progress midday. And to top it all off, JonLe did not charge a processing fee for using a credit card. All around amazing experience with JonLe Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend!

Hello! I'm a little late posting my review because life has been busy. Anyways. I came home from work to a VERY HOT house and immediately knew something was wrong. I contacted JonLe the next morning and they were very helpful, kind and were able to squeeze me in that same morning. Todd S. called to notify me that he was on his way and arrived a short time later. After looking over my unit and listening to my description of what was going on, he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me what part needed to be replaced, quoted me an affordable and reasonable price to repair and got to work. Todd saved the day for me. He stayed a few extra minutes longer to ensure my unit was working properly and that I was able to notice the cold air flowing out. He is absolutely amazing and I am eternally grateful for his assistance and hard work. Thank you, Todd and JonLe!!! They definitely get all five stars from me!
Service arrived in the expected window of time and Cory took his time evaluating since our issue was a bit of a mystery. Cory explained everything in a clear manner. We were given options and with his professional experience came up with a plan with no pressure.
JonLe heating and air conditioning personnel have always been courteous, well qualified and always take care of furnace and air conditioning needs. Steve has been service person whom I always ask for. So he has been servicing my utilities for many years. He is excellent. I always know and feel confident that all will be well after he has done yearly maintenance. Staff whom I speak with to schedule appointments are always very helpful and cordial. They work with my schedule which can be dicey.
Great service. My technician was knowledge and freely shared that knowledge with me so I understood what happened with my unit.
Called on a Monday morning they were here in 30 minutes. I can tell you I have a hot water boiler they fixed street side auto fill valve and a backflow preventer. 2 of the nicest guys, explained in detail very friendly honest open. Office staff was great as well... They even came next morning to readjust something at no charge.. very cool. They are my go to.

My technician today was Mark Johnston. He was top notch. He is thorough , efficient and always friendly and completes his task in a timely manner. I have been a customer of jonle for years Excellent company.
We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.

I had to have the HVAC compressor replaced. Matt, was the Service Repair man who installed my new compressor. He did an excellent job and had my AC up and running in about 4 hours! I was so thankful! I have used JonLe for over 30 years. They were very accommodating and was able to get my AC up and going on a 90° day! I have always been very pleased with their workmanship and their staff. I was fortunate enough to have the same service man, Dan, for my tune-ups for over a decade. Thank you!
