JonLe installed a whole house humidifier. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and the customer service was excellent. Technicians showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I even purchased their maintenance plan. Great company and I’m happy to give them my business going forward.
Called JonLe to fix furnace. Thermostat was calling for heat and fan was running, but no combustion. Technician arrived within 2 hr and identified problem as the inducer motor not working. It had seized. He was able to manually get it turning again and lubricated it to get it running. He recommended ordering a replacement because it would likely fail again. I agreed and he returned next day to install the new one. Furnace is working great. Have used JonLe for 20 yr as they installed the furnace when we built our house. Very satisfied with their service plan on my furnace and air conditioner. Happy to recommend them.
We have a maintenance plan with the same technician for our home and a condo. They are efficient and easy to schedule.
The technician seemed very thorough, explaining everything he checked. He showed pictures of the unit and what he checked and mentioned things to look for. My husband was impressed with his work ethic.
Called at 9am because furnace was not working properly. They had it fixed and running within 5 hours of my phone call. Reasonable price. Great service.

We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.
Service Technician Tim Feldman does a great job in maintaining the equipment. Always friendly and has good answers for any question. Maintenance contract went up 18% in 2025.
Todd was great to work with. He was really straightforward about the options we had and what would be the best deal.
I have had our furnace/heat pump check-ups and service done by JonLe (merged with Tri-County) for over 20 years and counting. From the HVAC installers (2/3 units replaced over these years). I have my summer and winter services BOTH done annually, using your Annual Service Agreement. Many of my services have been performed by Technical Engineer Steve and he has "ALWAYS" done professional jobs. He's great at trouble shooting, explaining and a "GREAT ASSET" to the JonLe Company; great skilled professional people with people skills is always a plus for any Company. I have recommended JonLe to family and friends that have also had great experiences. From Dave, Dennis, etc who installed my latest HVAC unit in recent years unit to Steve you have quality experienced staff. Again, Steve is a GREAT asset to your Company and one reason, I have continued service with JonLe; and recommended your Company to family and friends. Other HVAC services constantly are trying to expand their business with less expensive deals, etc. but I have remained a satisfied loyal customer; feel very comfortable that our HVAC system is always in top condition. I do wish everyone at JonLe a GREAT end of year Holiday's too; stay safe and well!

We called Jonle because our furnace was not producing much heat. A technician came by the same afternoon and fixed the problem. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem to us and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend! Good folks!
Great experience. I called Jonle because the previous owner of the home had their maintenance done through them, and figured if anyone would know my furnace it would be them. The tech (Tim Feldman) called roughly 30 minutes before arrival. He was friendly and was able to diagnose the issue with my furnace quickly and able to explain to me what was wrong and what the fix was. He was able to get my furnace running properly quickly, which is a life saver during the winter!

JonLe installed our furnace, house A/C, and an additional A/C unit for the upstairs bedroom. They come annually to do a checkup. Friendly employees, professional work, excellent service.
Mr. Sheppard did a FANTASTIC job. He took his time, was happy, friendly and respectful he explained what he was doing, explained our humidifier, air cleaner and thermostat (we just moved into a new home and no papers were left.) We would like to have him our system in the spring.
I really like Jonlee because of their professionalism during my regular seasonal checks for ac/ furnace . I purchased my furnace from them years ago and I was pleased with them giving me comparable products and prices to choose from with a patient and seamless experience. Their service is reliable and costs are reasonable which has the same furnace running for years.

We had our furnace/heat pump winter check and service done by Matt, he was great, explaining what he checked and offering details about how well the units are running and that we were ready for the winter season. We have used Jonle since we moved to our new condo in 2016 subscribing to their Energy Savings/Preventive Maintenance Service Plan. It provides twice per year check up services by their friendly, knowledgeable service technicians. They explain what they have cleaned and checked and how your units are running which is helpful. The few times our unit needed a replacement part or repair, it was explained clearly; the repair was done promptly and the pricing was very reasonable. With Jonle, we feel very comfortable that our HVAC systems are always in top condition.

Every technician we have encountered over the years has been friendly, competent, and thorough. It is very reassuring to know that someone is keeping an eye on our system to spot issues before they get worse.
The price that I indicated covers me for 12 months and two maintenances each year. It also results in reduced costs if I do end up having an actual problem as well as I promise that somebody would be at my home within an hour.

Replacing an entire HVAC system is incredibly stressful. Not just because of the cost, but also the fear of being taken advantage of or making a really bad situation even worse. Our experience with JonLe, however, could not have been better. We would gladly give this review 10 stars if we could. First, Frank (a former installer now in sales) and our lead installer, Jared, have been with the company for 30 and 16 years respectively. Their experience showed immediately from the first visit. They pointed out simple improvements to the water line for the humidifier plus the ductwork with ways to increase airflow that have already made a huge difference in the performance of the new system. The price, warranty, and service agreement were all better than the four other Cincinnati companies we spoke with. JonLe also offered the most favorable financing terms on a new Carrier system, along with helpful information about a tax credit we can claim before the end of 2025. The best part of the entire experience was the installation by Jared and Sam. It took three days because they took their time and did things right. I’ve included photos of their craftsmanship. Thank you for turning a VERY stressful situation into a much easier one. Both in terms of the final product and the cost. You truly exceeded our expectations.
