We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.
Have trusted them with our HVAC maintenance & repairs for years. They are thorough, respectful and honest. Will Ross did a great job servicing our AC.

Had a recent service call from Jonle. They provided a text to let us know we were the first stop of the day at 8am. The service tech showed up right on time and provided the service for us in a friendly and professional manner. We have been a client with them since 2017. We have a service agreement for two visits per year (spring & fall)…..a great value! Great company and great people!

I had to have the HVAC compressor replaced. Matt, was the Service Repair man who installed my new compressor. He did an excellent job and had my AC up and running in about 4 hours! I was so thankful! I have used JonLe for over 30 years. They were very accommodating and was able to get my AC up and going on a 90° day! I have always been very pleased with their workmanship and their staff. I was fortunate enough to have the same service man, Dan, for my tune-ups for over a decade. Thank you!
After days of no air in 90 degree weather and JonLe Heating being the 2nd Company Barb schedule us right away and she's wonderful. Communication for arrival appteciated our tech Jason arrived and had us up and running within the hour commicating all steps so a 64 could understand I highly recommend this Company from beginning to end

Worked with Jonle for years, on repairs to original furnace then eventually when did a new system. They're always very professional and answer all questions! Do the yearly tune up package for peace of mind to take care of system/ prevent problems! Highly recommend!
We have seasonal checkups and are very satisfied with all aspects of the services provided. A couple of years ago we needed to replace our old HVAC systems, and that process -- sales and installation -- was also excellent.
Our tech was friendly and professional. He did a great job and communicated clearly. He turned off all the lights in the basement when done saving me time to not walk downstairs to turn them off, very conscious. Paperwork was electronic and speedily sent upon completion of the work. The dispatch personnel are pleasant to talk to, they are helpful and responsive. We have been using Jonle for many years and will continue due to the great service. We participate in the annual contract that gives two maintenance tune-ups, on for winter and one for summer. If problems arise the maintenance plan provides availability above non plan members, parts are cheaper and other perks.

I have had the maintenance service for years, and every technician that has come to my house has been on task, courteous, and respectful of the property. I really like that the company sends a photo of the technician and a brief description prior to his arrival. Any work they have done, including installing a new air conditioner and heat pump, has been professional, and I highly recommend them.

We had our new system installed by Jon Le. When built our house in 2021. They installed that one. So 24 years later when we needed a new system , there was no question. Their technicians are, friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced our system the first 24 years and we will definitely have them service our new one. Thank you for you wonderful service!!

Jonle is always there when we need them, on time, professional, and clean. Recently Jason got our thermostat back online and took the time to explain itt to me.

Mr. Sheppard did a FANTASTIC job. He took his time, was happy, friendly and respectful he explained what he was doing, explained our humidifier, air cleaner and thermostat (we just moved into a new home and no papers were left.) We would like to have him our system in the spring.

Matt Sunnenberg did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem with our AC. He knew what the issue was before opening the compartment to show me the AC coil unit. 19 years old and the rust and decay of the unit was amassing to see. Matt explained all of our options and the cost involved. His advice to replace all of the AC components made the most sense and we felt most confident in his recommendation. Because of the delay in getting the new AC unit ordered and installed, Matt did us a big favor by adding enough Freon to our existing unit in order to keep the house cool temporarily. Thank you, Mike
We have been dealing with this company for 30 years. They are top notch and all their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. We subscribe to their maintenance contracts and as a result we have never had a breakdown. They don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need.

Jonle was wonderful to work with from the start. Patrick was excellent- knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and quickly followed up with a quote and timeframe even though the service manager was out of the office that day. I received prompt communication the next morning about the tech’s arrival window, additional text reminders, and even a call the following morning asking if we’d like to move up our timeframe due to a cancellation. Our service tech Chad was kind, professional, got the job done quickly and spent time answering my questions & talking me through everything. I felt very confident in the work he did and information he provided. Their pricing was competitive and significantly better than one of “bigger” names out there (a company we will never be using again now that we’ve found Jonle). It was more in line with other fairly priced companies. Everything was excellent from start to finish and we will use them again in the future and also recommend to others!
