My AC unit stopped working. Called JonLe the next morning for service. Technician arrived as scheduled, was very professional and thorough. Examined unit, identified problem, blown fuse, and proceeded to check system thoroughly for cause and determined probable power surge. Replaced fuses on the spot. Unit has worked well since. Very pleased with whole experience.

Jonle service techs are very good at what they do. They arrive within a 2 hour window. They get to work and check/clean everything thoroughly. Put new filters in if they need changed and let you know if there is anything you should do to ensure your HVAC system runs properly. They are always friendly, efficient and get the job done. Prices for spring and fall preventive maintenance are priced fairly. Highly recommend buying on of the packages they offer.

Their technicians and sales personnel are easy to communicate with and respect the home space by putting on shoe coverings before entering the home each time. JonLe has been my HVAC contractor for over 20 years. All JonLe services (communication with the office, setting appointments, purchasing filters, etc., purchasing/installing new equipment and of course, the yearly maintenance throughout the year) have been professional with courtesy and respect from all JonLe Team Members. Last Friday, my technician, Jason, thoroughly (and calmly, even with my dog upstairs doing his usual barking greeting) performed the complete annual furnace/electronic filter service. I always feel confident he makes sure all my HVAC equipment will be running smoothly.
