I have been a JonLe customer for over twenty years. Today's service call was more evidence of why. Dino, our service tech, showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. He completed his worked and walked us through everything he had done and the condition of our HVAC system. I have great confidence in JonLe and am always comforted by the skill their team displays.
Today I had my semi-annual pre-cooling season system checkup. I received both a text and phone call when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time. Chad is professional and very personable. He updated me on what he did and made sure I understood. His work was thorough and gives me peace of mind that my heat pump and furnace are in good working order for the upcoming summer. He replaced my furnace filter (as its life had almost expired) and reset my filter maintenance minder. I am a very happy customer of West Chester Heating & Cooling.

They always explain what they did, how the system is performing, and offer to answer any questions. The email documentation with photos of everything checked and completed is reassuring. We have been customers for decades and the Jonle team has never given us a reason to consider anyone else. The semi-annual planned maintenance package is very cost effective.

Mark was very helpful in checking the system’s functionality while explaining the life of parts and what to look out for. The maintenance checks are always helpful in extending life of the system.
They showed up on time and went about his business as scheduled, after checking out the unit inside he went out and did a thorough job on the unit outside. After he was done he came inside went over everything he did with me and said it all was good and left. Will has a great attitude and definitely a plus for JonLe

They installed my furnace and AC. I have a service contract with them for years. I get semi annual checkups for no additional cost. I have had a problem with my equipment only once. There were no labor costs. There was a discount on the parts required. I am a happy customer for over 15 years. Every service person has been polite and very capable.

I have a $240 yearly plan and Jonle comes twice a year. Any other issues I’ve had they have responded quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Jonle.

Jonle installed my two units back in 2002, handled two heat outages and when time came replaced the heating units last year. I recommend them to family and friends for the quick straight forward service they provide at a reasonable price.
Chad does a great job. He's very thorough and explains everything well. We recently moved and Chad worked on the system at our previous residence. Thus, it was comforting to have him again at our new home. We've always had the HVAC annual maintenance contract. It's a great value and JonLe calls us to schedule. So we don't have to remember.
