Frank Boeckermann has been with JonLe for more than 30 years - working his way thru a variety of posiitions with the company.
Some of the biggest changes he's seen over the years are the huge technological advances in home comfort equipment.
"There's a better focus on high efficiency and lower emissions," says Frank. Somthing that hasn't changed is the way JonLe treats customers.
"We always put our customers first," Frank says, adding that customer satisfaction and loyalty is more important than making a sale.
Based on Frank's 30 years of loyal service to the company, it seems JonLe takes good care of its employees too, and Frank says that's definitely true.
"It's a family-owned company; they make sure both customers and employees are treated right. It's a pleasure to come to work every day."
